Joe Megibow is the SVP and General Manager of Omni-Channel eCommerce at American Eagle Outfitters. In his role, Joe has global P&L responsibility for the American Eagle and Aerie online businesses (desktop and mobile), ownership of omni-channel customer-facing technology, CRM/loyalty, online marketing, analytics, and customer service.

Prior to American Eagle, Joe was VP and General Manager of, where he had P&L responsibility for the US with direct ownership of marketing, merchandising, and operations. In this role, Joe led the first year of growth in five years, and launched the successful "Find Yours" brand campaign.

Joe also held the role of VP, Mobile and eCommerce Optimization, with global product management responsibilities of search, checkout, and all mobile initiatives, as well as ownership of analytics, optimization, and site experimentation. mcnew Keary is a multi-channel retail executive focusing on information technology and supply chain execution.  Prior to joining Lilly Pulitzer, Oxford Industries Inc., Keary was the Director of IT for the multi-billion dollar, global retailer Urban Outfitters, Inc. Keary is experienced in enterprise architecture and multi-channel retail business technology.   Keary earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Oregon Institute of Technology and his graduate degrees from the Pennsylvania State University.

Erik LaValle

Erik LaValle is Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Systems for Carter’s / Osh Kosh, responsible for all technology supporting operations from concept to delivery for all channels and geographies of the $2.5B business. 

Prior to joining Carter’s. Erik was an industry consultant, working directly with companies including Macy’s (PLM and sourcing), C&S Wholesale Grocers (Oracle ERP), and The Coca-Cola Company (PLM), and through Kurt Salmon Associates working closely with companies such as Sears, Matalan (UK), Macys and others on supply chain strategy and IT implementations across the supply chain space. 

Erik has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University and a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.


Greg Pulsifer

Vice President, VF Digital Development

VF Corporation



Gregory is responsible for establishing VF's global digital strategy - which includes working with all of VF's brands on digital best practice and capability building. Prior to his current role, Greg was the GM of eCommerce for The North Face, a Division of VF Corporation, where he was instrumental in the success of He also held a position in Senior Interactive Marketing at New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc. and was an Ecommerce Manager at PUMA North America.
